People often assume that because I’m Vegan that I’m hungry 24/7. I love to eat, but I’ve noticed that I’m super satisfied by all of the things I consume now; even my simple snacks… Let me know in the comments if you like this one!

Hi Kaitlyn. As a vegan registered dietitian, I love your snacks! My favorite is the avocado toast with pepitas; an absolutely delicious combination of protein, healthy fats and complex carbs! <3

Thank you for the wonderful ideas! As a vegan I'm always looking for more ideas. I agree that there's no need to be hungry. Although I am hungry sometimes but it's more because I get lazy and need to make myself something healthy and fulfilling. In my country people are used to eating bread all day and also really tend to stick to three meals. Snacks are considered unhealthy. So I have to change my mindset quite a bit in order to be fulfilled. I need to eat proper meals AND make healthy snacks or I will go hungry. Do you ever find it tiring to be preparing meals/snacks all day?

Just a tip: I saw you were heating olive oil in the oven… olive oil is very healthy when consumed cold, but not so much when it's been heated over a certain tempature. It's better to use raw cocunut oil for that. Unless you have a cocunut allergy of course. 😉

I love your white nails. I'm also really excited to try the roasted chickpeas. Was your little one sitting on the counter? Oh my gosh. My guy would never been able to do that. He's Soo wild!
