How do you store cooked fice, and what's the best way to reheat it cause I've heard that reheated rice can cause food poisoning x

My cheapest, laziest vegan meal is probably miso soup. A tablespoon of miso paste, seaweed, tofu squares, green onions (maybe mushrooms if I'm in the mood) and just pour boiling water on top. Doesn't get easier than that!

Oh ps: I tried your lasagna (few changes to it like adding zucchini) as my first recipe I made of yours as a main for Xmas this year and it tasted delicious!! I ran out of tomato sauce so the top layer of pasta didn’t cook properly but oh well. Rookie mistake. 😀 how we learn!! Everyone loved it though (the other 3 ppl eating it aren’t vegan)

Hm your jalapeños look like raw green pepper. 😛
I have so many dried beans but haven’t ever tried cooking them yet. I don’t have a pressure cooker and the idea of something cooking for like 12 hours is crazy. Lol but maybe I will give it a go cuz I have the next two days off.

Keep up all the hard work girl! Can’t wait to check out your restaurant in a couple months. Best wishes for it to do well 💞💞💞

If you love the pasta idea but don't want to eat it with beans I recently discovered a pasta noodle made from chickpeas/garbanzo beans and they're full of protein and taste just like the real thing!! Super yummy, I highly recommend! The brand is called Banza!

instead of microwave one can use the steaming methods – no matter how. one doesn't even need an extra electronic item. and most of the things can be warmed up in a pot evtl. with very little water without any problem. only rice is not so easy. with that steaming is better.

I told my daughter.. I like certain channels for inspiration or entertainment. But I said I love Cheap Lazy Vegan’s because I’ll actually make her recipes. She eats like us! I can watch before or after I’ve done groceries because I likely have the ingredients already or am buying them anyway!! 😁 Thx!!! You’re very relatable!!
