Ingredients for 7-8 dosa/crepe:

Moong/ Green Gram: 1 cup soaked overnight

– 1 cup coriander leaves
– 1 inch ginger
– 2 green chillies
– pinch of asafoetida/ hing (we love the one from Patanjali)

    it is moong dal chila and not dosa. dosa is essentially fermented. mung dosa is called pesarattu which is eaten in andhra pradesh
