+Jade Jolley I did! for almost 2 months, but when I left for Europe, I didn't maintain it. I gained a lot of weight on high carb, and then I continued to gain it when I was in Europe, so I am going back to a meal plan that I know I can lose weight on.

Let's try this again lol….. Yayyy! I'm so excited for your journey! I think you will love it. I would just completely go Vegan & cut out that unnecessary dairy which a lot of toxins/hormones actually come from as well. Check out Freeleethebanana girl on YouTube! She's amazing, pretty extreme but makes valid eye opener points. I still believe our body needs each food group so I add grains, healthy fats & beans, but I just recently changed to more raw vegan and I love it! Fruit is a lot of carbs but our body digest it so fast & that's what our body is made of Glucose! All carbs, if you feel fatigue, headaches it's because people are lacking glucose! It won't make you gain weight just leaves you with all the cells in your body nourished & hydrated. Maybe just try vegan/ raw vegan for a day to see how you like it 🙂 also Costco has a great book called Oh she Glows with amazing vegan & GF recipes, so try to check it out! Your body will feel amazing, skin will be amazing &overall have SO much energy!

I am vegan, gluten free, I focus on holding my Ph-level above 7,2 all the time, that requires low amounts of sugar and lots of green foods, salt & avocados. Its challangeing but absolutely worth it.

Yay!!! You will love it! It's the best change I have ever made. Go Vegan!!! cut the dairy out too! That's where a lot of those fats/toxins come from as well. I have a few recommendations for you! Go subscribe to Freelee the banana girl! Also follow on insta she is SUCH an inspiration she gives you so much knowledge about going raw vegan, it's an eye opener. Your body will feel the best it ever has! Our body runs off glucose so you really do need carbs, and the high carb intake that vegans have do nothing to make us gain weight it actually makes us lose as well as tone with all of the protein intake from the veggies & carbs! So I think you will love it 🙂 also Costco has Oh she Glows cookbook so I would defiantly go grab that for some nice inspiration on meal plans! I'm gluten free as well but I find that pretty much all vegans are too so it makes it easy when I find a recipe I love it's already noted as gluten free. I'm excited for your journey I hope you stick with it! Who doesn't want ice cream for breakfast!? lol one of my favorites is frozen bananas & cacao powder sooo yummy! I say ice cream because it has that consistency 🙂 so yeah I hope those two little guides help you 🙂 maybe do in update video sometime soon!
