My long awaited meal prep video is here! I do meal prep different than most because I prep ingredients over full meals for greater variety and flexibility in my meals throughout the week.     Wow. This was an awesome video. I also love your style of meal prep as well. Mainly because it doesn’t take up nearly as much space in the fridge and I also don’t have to go out and buy more containers. I can just use the containers I already have on hand. Thank you for tube video 🙂

    This is such a great idea!! You are awesome, my dear. I always would try to meal prep but I just couldn't bear eating the same thing over and over again, so I would quit. This gives so much more variety! I am going to start doing this.
