WATCH IN 1080pHD – CARDIO/LOWER BODY/ABS + WHAT I EAT BEFORE AND AFTER MY WORKOUT.
I took a long kind of break from gym (going 1-3 times a week for the last 4-5 months and recently i’ve re-established my love for getting fit and active. I posted up a photo on Instagram explaining that i want to get back into it and many others commented explaining their in the same boat. I’m making this video series(if thats what you call it) NOT to tell you what to do or use it as a guide but to promote and motivate you all to get active and maybe bring ideas to your OWN workouts or meals + i love the support i receive from you all and i love sharing my journey with everyone. Hopefully you enjoy – let me know any feedback!

    Hey Tess! I know this is a pretty old video but I’d like to try out your let’s get fit series. I have a question – for the workout shown, do you do certain sets for each exercise or is everything listed in the video the whole workout? Sorry if that’s a confusing question, I just want to make sure I don’t do too much or too less of reps for each exercise and possibly overdo myself hahah
