    Lataji I tried your recipe and it turned out to be excellent. The only variation I did was to squeeze the water out of the lauki before mixing the rest of the ingredients for the koftas. I used the liquid in the gravy as I did not want to waste all the nutritious benefits in the liquid. This was I ended up using less besan. Additionally I baked the koftas in an oven to reduce the oil intake. Thank you for sharing this excellent recipe.
