I’ve been pesco-vegetarian for a year now! I quickly explain the reasons why and how it started for me a year ago.

SHREDMAS episode 5: legs & booty. You can follow the Shredmas workout program during the month of December. The goal is to get as fit as possible before Christmas.

Good on you! I was vegetarian for years before I went fully plant-based (vegan). I agree, I do not see animals as food any longer, they are sweet and loving and have personality like a dog or cat. I would never choose to do harm to an animal again! <3

Take decisions that make you happy (or others – while you can live with the decision) 😀 While on the one hand you bring valid arguments to the table, there seem to be medical cirsumstances that call for not being a vegetarian. I guess the fish mellows it out a bit though. My doc sincerely warned me to not consider going that way. But that might be a special situation. I'm just glad that you are happy with it and it worked out that well :3

Thanks for sharing your journey as a vegetearian! Can you share more about what you eat in a day as vegetarian & how much protein to maintain your muscle? I'm trying to move to eating less meat, but I don't know what to replace it with. I don't seem to tolerate beans, chickpeas, protein powder, tofu. Eggs and some dairy are okay, but hard to hit protein macros. Legumes are ok in moderation.
