Thank you guys for taking the time to listen to why I decided to go vegan! I went vegan for ethics, but I want it to be clear that I support everyone making their OWN decisions. I’ve personally seen many benefits from veganism but you are free to educate yourselves if you wish. Time to make some vegan gains 😉

    3. i feel light as fuck when i dont have eaten for awhile and in the morning
    4. i dont ever feel super bloated anymore, only slightly after high fiber dinners.

Good on you. It's really encouraging to hear the changes you've made to benefit your health. I'd love to know whether your apparel will become (if not already is) vegan friendly? Much love Chelsea, Amy 🙂

Great step, I have been vegan for 6 months now, and I will never go back, my only advise is go high on carbs, it's super good you get all this strength and gym routines become super effective, try to hit 60% carbs (rice, pasta, beans, legumes) some 25% protein and 15% fats. When I started being vegan I was eating only vegetables and it was great but I was feeling weak, anyways there are plenty information in YouTube from bodybuilders and athletes that are vegan. Thanks for sharing your experience, keep up the good work.

I'm not Vegan, I'm vegetarian – mostly plant based, whole foods with very occasional eggs and cheese. Although you taking this extra step is awesome! I love eating this way and I agree it's very easy to go shopping when you don't have to buy a bunch of processed stuff. Preparing food sometimes takes a bit more time, but it's worth it.

Chelsea you're real strong for being a vegan, but vids like this get me so damn hungry for organic versions of grassfed
beef, eggs, sardines, cheese, greek yogurt, and raw milk that I'm gonna have some legendary cheat meals in the weeks to come!
I hope you don't start taking weekly shots of B12 and Test. like the late Jim Morris RIP.

Real talk. I watched your videos on and off around this time. When you made this video, I thought it was great but honestly, did not care. My time came the other week to go vegan and remembered your videos. I'm so happy to see that you have committed to the lifestyle. I came back to this video and now everything you say is exactly how I feel. I plan to get caught up with your progress and subscribe for some inspiration.

It's awesome when a fitness youtuber goes vegan for ethnics and makes no mention of the health benefits. The passion can be heard in your voice.

What a person eats is there decision. This I can totally agree with, however as a professional in the agricultural industry I have a few things to say. Many documentaries are very biased and give a one sided view. Research both sides of the issue. Majority of farmers love and care for their land and animals…it's their livelihood to do so. Also, don't bash agriculture…we grow the food the world eats! 🙂

You have a huge platform and I am SO happy to have stumbled upon this video. Since going vegan last year my life has only changed for the better and I completely agree with you about how easy it really is.

I see a lot of comments saying "talk to real farmers" etc.. and while the quality of life for an animal raised on a farm VS a factory farm is much better the animals life is still unnecessarily taken. Whether you go vegan for health reasons, ethical reasons or environmental reasons, going vegan is contributing to a better world. If only people knew the benefits of going vegan for the world and even just for themselves.

    Great video.

Chelsea, this is absolutely fantastic. Not going to even lie- one thing that kind of pushed me off of your channel was the animal products and stuff, I always wanted to watch your vids and stuff but that stuff bothers me lol. Needless to say, I'm SO amazed that you've made this change, really. This is awesome. You go girl! 🙂
