Is non-vegetarian food permitted or prohibited for a human being? That’s the age old question. Is meat healthy or unhealthy?
I say this in every video, but I’ll say it again. As Indians, most of us have VERY wrong ideas about correct nutrition. I remember when I was fat and more importantly, WHEN I DIDN’T HAVE GUIDANCE, I assumed that to become thin I should give up meat. Without actually knowing the science of dieting and nutrition, I jumped to that conclusion because like most of you, I grew up in a regular Indian household. All my life, I was told that too much non veg is unhealthy and too much protein will give me kidney stones. Fortunately, I was shown the correct path, thanks to my coaches.
Now, I eat some form of non veg in every single meal and trust me, both in terms of health and muscle mass, I’m in the best possible shape. I get my blood tested regularly and since I’ve began this hyper-protein diet, my health (cholesterol, uric acid, etc) just keeps getting better every year.
But I still get lectured often about how I’m destroying my insides. Invariably, these accusations come from people who themselves are unhealthy or have never entered a gym in their lives. But I cant blame them. I had great guidance for my diet plan. They don’t. That’s the motivation behind today’s video. All I’m trying to do is spread CORRECT knowledge. In my opinion, its essential for every non vegetarian to watch this video, TILL THE END.Figure out for yourself – is animal protein good or bad?
For all you vegetarians, I will soon be doing a similar video for the average Indian vegetarian diet. This video isn’t made to offend you guys. Its only made so that every meat eater in the country is educated better about how they can potentially help their own bodies. So watch out for my INDIAN VEGETARIAN DIET video soon. Enjoy ☺

    No offence but vegans do live better than non vegetarians cause animal products does have harmones , infections and all the issues that particular animal has, gets into the person consuming it. It’s not just about protein it’s about detoxifying the body. And vegans do have options like quinoa and soy which are high protein.
    Whereas animal based products even milk can cause problems like pcos and becomes toxic for the body. I love your channel but would be very happy if your videos have more content for woman.

    अगर मांस में प्रोटिन रहता है,तो घर के लोग मरते हैं तो उन्हें जलाने या दफनाने के बजाए काटकर खा जाओ। क्योंकि जमीन में सड़ने के बजाए तुम्हारे खुन में रहेंगे।

    Brother you tried to explain every aspect of non veg diet but i just want to ask you a simple question that is it really necassay to kill animals in order to get complete protein????? Next time when you want to est non beg just visit to the kasaai or butchers shop.. I bet you will delete this video….. They are caged…. Drugged and ruthlessly killed…. Now again coming to nutrient ppimt of view.. You can easily get b12 from a cheap becosule capsule…. Daal and rice comnined are complete protein…
    100 gm of moong beans contains aboit 24 grams of protein which is very easy to digest… Everu hardcore non vegetaroans are turning to veganism due to its benefits and animal cruelity but you are going in another direction.. At the end, its your karma that will count not beer biceps…… And guys please i request ki is aadmi ki baato ko seriusly mat le lena….     I am a Bengali,and in our community our older generation never had such mentality that non-veg is 'unhealthy'.
    Non-veg actually added good health to the Bengali people over generations,particularly Mutton and Fish.

    To all the vegetarian butt kissers out there , most of you do not eat animals because you are against "killing anything to survive" but you do not see the irony in the fact that you guys spray pesticides and insecticides on almost ALL the vegetables and fruits that you consume , those pesticides KILL organisms so YOU can have a salad. Are you trying to tell me that a life of an insect is less valuable than the life of a chicken just because of its size? And what about Co2 that you breathe out ? Did you know every second you breathe you are killing microorganisms with the Co2 , everytime you pop an antibiotic you are killing , everytime you use all out or baygon you are killing , everytime You wear leather products You are wearing a dead animal. Who draws the line ?? Just because your morality is different from an animal eaters morality you cannot go around calling them "cruel". For all you know the jain monks who cover their faces with a cloth even while BREATHING will call YOU cruel for breathing out too much Co2. Peace.

    ''0.8g 1.2 g of protein per kg'' That's a standard reply every bodybuilder gives you when asked about the daily protein intake.There is so much articles and blogs on the internet which say the same thing,which is very misleading and people blindly believe this shit. What most of the people fail to realize is that this is done to increase the meat consumption by the meat industry. These corporate lobbyists puts tons & tons of money into the hands of these gov.owned food and health departments(eg.USFDA)to draft a new guideline about protein without any scientific evidence.And then they say ' Protein is very essential and one shud consume 1g of protein for every kg of body weight''.We just blindly accept what the west say about nutrition and think it is the gospel truth.Yes protein is required in our diet but to say '0.8g -1.2 g of protein per kg'' is very misleading.
