I'm trying to go vegan and do intermittet fasting but nothing fucking fits in with my macros and it's pissing me off and I have no idea what the fuck I should eat and I'm very mad because everyone in my family is annoying me right now and keeps bugging me just because I want to go vegan. I'm supposed to have 637 calories, 59 g of protein, 98 g of carbs, and 17 g of fat for my first meal. Everything I try to eat gives me low protein and fat, and when I try to add more food for more protein and fat, it usually exceeds my carbs and calories limit. I'm so lost. Can someone help? Idk if this is relevant info, but I'm 15 right now and I'm living with my parents and our house has hardly anything vegan in it.

I have been doing 20:4. Trying it out for a bit. Seems pretty good so far. I eat 80% whole foods, 20% processed. Vegan

    Hello!

I've been doing 16:8 IF method for 2 weeks, having 2 huge meals a day and it felt pretty darn good to be honest, but, i will end my vacations pretty soon, and get back to normal work hours, which are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

So, since the schedule is going to change (and since i am only allowed to eat from 1:30 PM to 2 PM) I am here to as if doing IF with a 14/15 hour fast and 9/10 hour feeding window will "ruin" all the benefits of the 16:8 method…

I usually workout from 6 PM to 8:45 PM (2 hours and 45 minutes workout, including warmup, cardio and stretching) and the 16:8 method was actually being quite nice.

    Thank you.

I am curious about the hydration period.
Do you personally drink water during those 16h and during the 8h or only in one of those periods?

I've lost 20 lbs in two and a half months. I haven't exercised AT ALL. I definitely believe in intermittent fasting now.

meat eaters be like bruh you gotta eat meat for protein and I be like horses only eat grass. protein from meat is a myth. it's about electricity from alive foods.

I eat juicy, tastey, mouth watering, cheeseburgers, with creamy milkshakes, and shed pounds like a champ. But hey, it's interesting the vegan diet, all those Tofurky Christmass dinners, you guys are real martyrs, I'd take my hat off to you all, but look at me, I'm only a stiff shadow. 😉 Now don't anybody get uptight, lets all behave…hehe Nice Bhudda in the background, there's nothing more liberating, innovating and new age then followers…

Does anyone have any tips on simply eating more without wanting to blow your brains out? I did intermittent fasting before I became a vegan and really enjoyed it. I would often fast for 20 + hours… But when I made the switch to plant based and continued intermittent fasting I lost a lot of weight and muscle… Fast. My weight is stable now, as it's been 2 months being vegan, I really want to get back into intermittent fasting but I'm scared of losing muscle again…and scared of not being able to hit my calories for the day within that window because of feeling overly full for too long. Any advice on eating more?? Lol.
    Thanks in advance

is it rele necessary to do intermittent fasting. as vegan bodybuilding goes I think the athletes should focus on eating as much as possible being that 95 percent of vegan athletes are skinny and shredded

when would you recommend i go to the gym if i do intermittent fasting? let's say i do the 16:8, and i eat between 12-20(12pm-8pm). can i do my workouts on an empty stomach the morning after(let's say 5-6am)? or does that simply depend on person to person? or is it better to go to the gym in the evening around 8-9pm after i've eaten?

I've been doing 18:6 since may 20th, down 18 pounds from 202 to 184. Vegan of course, way more whole plant foods now too.Combined with Ray Cronise's food triangle.

I am constantly progressing on my pulling movements while I have not at all progressed in my pushing movements in the last two months. The volume and the set and rep scheme is the same for both. Do you have any experience with this problem that might help me out? I am thinking it is a volume and rep scheme problem

Hi!! I love you and your videos. Keep up the great vegan message.

I was wondering can you make a video for those competing in a body building competition for the first time as a vegan? As far as calories and training.. Cardio? Etc.
