Thanks so much for this video! I hate cooking yet want to start… Love how you literally broke down measurements and how long to cook it for! I could use help with other food or dishes ( hint , hint) hehe!

Thank you for using this version of the instant pot.
Literally every other video/instruction tells me to adjust the pressure which I can't do on mine!!

Thanks for your videos. I'm actually shopping for a pressure cooke vs. The one pot Cooker. Like all terrain skis that are ok on all terrains but do none particularly well, I'm thinking the same for the one pot. It will do 7 to10 things, I.e. Yogurts, rice cooker, pressure cooker, but none outstandingly well. Would love to have thoughts on this. Cooking is a hobby and I cook 30 to 40 hours a week (plant base). I need my kitchen tools to be the absolute best. Would love to hears from long time avid one pot users.

Also really good and so easy in the instant pot is steel cut oats. Normally a bit of a pain on the stovetop but quick, easy and so creamy in the IP. I got a 6 quart on Black Friday and I’m planning to get a 3 quart as well. That way when I make something like Mexican beans or a curry or whatever in the big one I can also be making the rice in the little dude.

Great tips, thank you! I love mine for beans, rice, quinoa, veggie soups and stews. I haven't tried the steamed potatoes but will definitely give that a shot.

Make sure you fully let the pressure release. I always flip the nozzle and let it sit for 5 mins then come back. Better safe than sorry

I was given an old style pressure cooker. I didn't think I would use it, but I discovered how to cook beans without soaking. It was a game changer! My freezer is full of chickpeas right now. 🙂
