    U get 56g of proteins from soya chunks alone……if u have that 3 times…..u hit ur protein goal….56g of protein is difficult to get even from a non veg source. I am not a vegan or vegetarian but I feel nuts and soy is the way to go if ur one……

    dude what just u said dal nahi chalega just because it contain carb. and Burger will work which is bad source of carb. it is not a complex carb. dude there are many good source of vegetarian protein. like quinoa there are many other stuff better than that soy. just do your home work before you make such videos that's why I only watch one YouTube channel GURUMANN FITNESS

    Soy is not good at all. I was taking Endura Whey Pro it have max quantity of Soy Isolate in it. I started facing hair loss in few days then My doc said its because of Soy your DHT and testrone levels have dropped. Now I am talking Prostar Whey

    How did you get 56g of protein from 150g of cooked soyabean?? Raw or roasted soyabean wud give you around 54g of protein out of 150g. But 150g of cooked/boiled soyabean gives you around 25g of protein.
