Even with your lazy shit diet you are leaner than most americans :/ … I guess at the end of the day it's all about genetics.

I found the same thing. Thanks for this fun video. I love planning and preparing soups,
meals for myself I occasionally have the soy protein faux meat but its not good to have too much as it can be upsetting to the hormonal balance. I am satisfied with many legumes and my google whatever I have in the pantry. For example I have just made a corn pasta , 3 bean/legume veggie soup with what I had around and its great..have staples like nooch (nutritional yeast) for popcorn or as a topping instead of salt..I found a pure organic stevia vial for 18 dollars for adding to herbal teas..lasts a long time. I make banana oatmeal (org) cookies with various seeds/nuts/dried cran and applesauce as sweetener which I love. no flour no dairy.

The two main causes of death in meat eaters are heart disease and cancer and the two main causes of death in vegans are heart disease and cancer… Go figure

To be fair, the risks of meat have always been known, the industry does a lot to keep the worse repercussions hidden but it’s all starting to come out. Be vegan, save the planet, the animals and yourself.
