This is just an sample meal plan i prepared for myself which i felt worked for me on my vegetarian day . It has 128 grams of protein , 110 grams of fats and around approx 400 grams of carbs

please note ( whatever works for me may not work for u )

    Protein is not that high those who r beginer can go for it not for advanced athelete :)plus vegeterian protein doesnot have full amino profile cant cosume too much dairy but yet this video is helpul for beginer
