1 tb sp fresh garlic
1 TB SP ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
1 T SP BLACK PEPPER
1 CUP BEAN FLOUR
⇢1 tsp garlic powder
1 t sp onion powder
1 tb sp oxtail seasoning
1/2 t sp all spice
2 stalks scallion
THYME
1 HOT PEPPER
1 t sp vinegar

    I became vegetarian little over a month ago, currently I’m making some ital stew peas and rice, I came to see how other people made theirs as mine is in the slow cooker and I found this!! I LOVE YOU EVEN MORE for this recipie! Oxtail was my favorite meat, can’t wait to try this!!

    I couldn't find bean flour except chick pea (garbanzo) flour. Can I use that or oat flour instead?

    One of the reasons mi did a go back and forth between being vegetarian and eating meat was because mi did feel like mi did a give up mi jamaican roots, fi plain, white-wash recipes. Thank you fi dis, much respect! Almost mek mi wan go vegan nuh jus vegetarian!
