    Imah use 8 cloves of garlic is that allright???i often cook for large amount so i cant really understand when to stop for flavoring i just taste test it any tips???
    This is salad with extra step or am i wrong completely.

    I like ginger but I dont like it with vegetables, I just tried it yesterday, I added it to my veggies but the flavor was TOO STRONG, it beat all other flavors from the garlic and onion, etc, and I was only using a little tiny bit amount of it.

    I'm going to try using ginger broth for replacing water and leave the actual ginger out of cooking.

    the order is all wrong. very strange way to go about it. I could use the exact same amounts of the same ingredients, but would never add raw onion after the other veggies.. and coat veggies in corn starch. I would add oil, onions, garlic, and ginger to pan first. then add veggies. mix soy, water, and cornstarch on the side, then add it in. could still top off with fresh ginger at the end
