    this would've been WAYYY BETTER, if the dill would've been added fresh on the spread, and also the bread would've been toasted to and drizzled with some olive oil, great texture added to extra flavor.

    toasties are supposed to be toasted…… before you put the spread on, toast the bread slices lightly and rub a raw garlic clove over the top sparingly…then add the toppings….

    Looks delicious but why the name "Toasties" if no toasting is involved? Maybe you left out lightly toasting the bread?
