    This is the real deal. 100% home cooking at it's best. Non of this yogurt crap just pure spices and flavors, no need to kill with chilies like most people think! Well done chef, keep doing your thing! Simple is best. Seen all your vid's and honestly very similar to how my nan used to make it! Massive salute to you

    Hello Chef Hussain..Thank you very much for your step by step guides…very easy to follow ..have made the balti and malai chicken dishes and they are superb…so thanks again…was wondering if you have a recipe for a Chicken Dansak that you can share with all your followers…as i live near cardiff i am gutted that i cant get up to Blackburn to have a meal cooked by the Master…with all good wishes to all at The Balti House….Brian
