    Hey guys, here is my final update after 10 days.
    I m down by 4 kgs in this journey.
    Now i shall take a 2 days break and i shall follow vickys another diet probably mashroom+chicken diet.

    Hi Vicky. Congratulations on an amazing channel filled with vegetarian diet plans. I have been following the 900 calorie Indian vegetarian diet plan for the last 4 weeks. The only change I made with your meal plan was I used buckwheat flour to make the roti instead of wheat because I am a diabetic and hypothyroid. I lost only one kg. Where am I going wrong? Any suggestions will help!

    I will recommend this diet is excellent for obesity and high weighted people… I did this diet and loosed 3.5kgs in 7 days…
    This diet is completely on eating low glycemic food with high fiber and protein…This diet is completely recommended and safe for heavy weight people..
    First 2 days everyone feels hard to follow this diet after that feels comfortable with the diet and easily you can do this dieting program for 15 days …. For sure you will loose the weight at the end of this program….
    No doubt you will not get sick or I'll during this diet program…Very energetic and feels lighter …
    Everyone makes a big mistake after successful completion of this diet … Again eating high calorie food like Rice,wheat roti,junk foods ,..Etc leads to gain weight again to previous state…
    So one should come out from this diet in particular order …After this diet program 1st week you have to eat Rice,chapati ..Etc one-time i,e by replacing the breakfast or lunch with your choice by following same diet….In 2nd week replace the diet with your choice twice… breakfast and lunch….For better results forever always eat low glycemic index food(jowar roti(2) with subji with less salt) in your dinner….
    That's all you can maintain your body forever consistent (with perfect weight as per your age)…
