This was definitely for me. I need to work on putting more vegetables in my diet. I grew up with a diet full of sugar and vegetables are not always sweet so it’s hard for me to load on vegetables. Thank you so much for this video 👍🏻 I also will experiment with reducing the intake of plant based milks.

I definitely agree I need more greens in my diet and one question I have is are cooked veggies still ok! I’ve read so many mixed things on this topic, people claim raw is the way to go but I’m just not much of a raw veggie person, am I still getting the goodness of the greens even if I don’t eat them raw?!

Basically, you are suggesting to eat alkaline. I have been on Alkaline diet for the past 3 months for my skin and I ha e seen enormous changes. Even being vegetarian and vegan didn’t help me because some vegetables are starch based … like spinach, carrot, potato, beans ( all beans are starch based except garbanzo beans) nuts: almonds, cashews, peanuts are very inflammatory … I switched them to walnuts and Brazil nuts … I cut out anything man made starch based foods all together and my face is looking great! No inflammation at all.

🙏💛 I am so grateful for you, sweet Natasha. I have enjoyed your sound advice for many years. You are a beautiful artist, just like my mother ❤️. You are one of the only mentors to bring home the point of eating Pounds of greens. I have raw vegan friends that are literally living off of superfood powders, nut butters, and large smoothies, and they aren't enjoying the health benefits of this diet. This is very important information. Thank you for being an honest voice, in a sea of commercialism. It pains me to see people, especially young ones being hurt by greedy sales people disguised as mentors. You are such a special person. I knew this from your first videos, filmed in Canada? I believe…
I love looking into your caring eyes. You are the best example of Raw Beauty🌷, and I love your videos. Blessings to your family. I would love to see your beautiful baby in your arms again. I think you showed your angel to us many moons ago. 😘 ✝️
