Hi I am Karan Asthana & this is a video of a high protein vegetarian bodybuilding meal. It is basically a recipe of Moong Dal which is very easily available in Indian and more than that its a good source of protein,due to lower amount of Phytic Acid content in it,it has higher bioavailablity.

    But yeh toh incomplete protein hoga na? 8/9 essential amino acids toh nahi hain isme. So isko khaane ka kya faayda?

    you wont get all amino acids unless you eat it with rice/wheat
