in this video i’ll show you one of my high protein, vegetarian, indian bodybuilding meal recipe
and also tell u bodybuilding benifits of this indian bodybuilding meal.

fat-21gm (with 1/2 tbsp oil)
in this indian bodybuilding meal if u wanna increase the protein then just increase the
chickpeas.
this indian bodybuilding meal is good especially for all those vegetarian bodybuiders trying to get enough protein in there diet. in india chickpeas are quite famous among indian bodybuilders, thats why i thought to make an indian bodybuilding meal with the chickpeas, many indian bodybuilders will tell u to have sprouted chickpeas instead of regular soaked chickpeas , well thats true because studies have found that sprouting the legumes increases the aminos which are lacking in there protein, so this indian bodybuilding meal is an awesome food for bodybuilders especially vegetarian bodybuilder

    It is my opinion that anything "sprouted" has a living enzyme and cooking it at temps above 112 degrees will kill the enzymes. Unless you're dehydrating them but that would be pointless for this delicious recipe. Same with flax oil. Heating flax oil, especially the golden which has more omegas, the heat will kill the nutritional benefit of the oil. Best to add it after. I'd suggest to saute the onion, garlic, cumin seeds and other aromatics and mic it into the raw chick peas. Maybe try mashing those babies too for a smoother simulated sensation of cooking. Well, this is how I would approach it. I like your video and recipe. Soak you're nuts!

    Simple piece of advise – write your dialogues and learn them well and you can speak in Hindi as well, not necessary that u choose English.
