Tikka and Tandoor are often associated with Non-veg, Chef Ruchi Bharani makes Hariyali Aloo Tikka exclusively for vegetarians and vegans. Learn how to make this simple and easy to make quick homemade party snacks!

Ingredients:
1 cup Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Mint Leaves
1 small Garlic Clove
2 chopped Green Chillies
1 inch piece of Ginger
1/2 Lemon Juice
Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tbsp Gram Flour
Boiled Baby Potatoes
Onions chopped into big pieces
Bell Peppers chopped into big pieces

Method:
– Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic clove, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice, salt, cumin seed powder into a fine paste.
– Mix roasted gram to the coriander paste and coat the potatoes, onions, bell pepper with the coriander marinade
– Place the vegetable in skewers and grill it in a pre heated oven at 180c
– Keep rotating the skewers in between till it gets slight black edges.
– The Hariyali Aloo Tikki is ready to be served hot.

    hi ruchi..i don't hav baby potatoes..so I'm going to use normal diced potatoes.. should I boil them before baking or directly put them in the oven?

    this recipe was owesome….i made it in my anniversary party alongwith a nonveg starter but our friends has got all their eyes on these green tikkas and it was so delicious …. There were nothing left except the nonveg starter… thank u so much for this lovely recepie..

    Hi Ruchi ours turned out great after grilling but wish it retained the bright green color. Any thoughts on how to avoid the color from turning dark ? Thanks for your input in advance
