Will too many nuts make me fat? Nuts are really the only fat source on a plant based diet I’d eat. I don’t eat avocados or oils. They said not to go overboard on fats but I’m wondering how many nuts I’m allowed to have, they’re a good protein source.

Thanks guys, I'm considering transitioning to a more vegan diet and one of my bigger worries is not getting enough calories and protein specifically. But I've been convinced other wise. Thanks a ton and let me know if you're ever in Utah! 🙂

Random thought: let's stop calling the animal version of a product the real product. The plant versions are just as real lol

How long should the bulking and cutting phases last? Also how long after bulking should you wait to start cutting?

I really appreciate your advice, especially taking my time to transition. I have wanted to do this for over a year or more, but just did not have the courage and support. However, now, my husband and daughter are supporting me and although they are not going Vegan with me, they are interested and eating more plant=based foods and loving them. I turned 56 about a month ago and I want to live the next half of my life healthy, strong and disease free as well as have a body that is strong, tone, lean and sculpted with muscles to burn fat. Thank you again and you both have a new subscriber. Can you do more videos on Women Body Builders, especially those who start out later in life. Blessings.

what's the point in this.most herbivores are larger than carnivores anyway.it's possible to have muscles through a vegetarian diet but ur brains wouldn't develop .

Hemochromatosis is a genetic disease (gene mutation), sometimes hereditary. Iron toxicity for these people is the result of having the disease as the body upregulates the storage of iron to toxic levels. Iron toxicity from eating would take more red meat than a stomach can hold in a sitting and attempting it over time would probably clog your arteries first.

It would be a shame for you not to lose fat while other normal people are able to shed pounds easily by using Fenoboci Diet Plan (search on google).
