    Remember. This is about a vegetarian diet, not vegan. You can still eat dairy products which are animal products while vegans eat only grass and potatos.

    one of my relative question.. thanks for this video…but we Indians add wheat and rice more than nuts n especially spices…cinnamon ,etc etc..I guess the thing which cultivate in our cultural town food is good for People in homeland… 🙂 tqsm

    If he is not getting enough protein he is problably not having enough calories. Try to eat more man. I've been vegan for a while and I have not lost my gains since I went vegan. I actually gained muscle. Look at the rhino and gorilla, where do you think they get their protein? Not hate bro. Maybe he can learn something from the experience of other vegan/vegetarian. Salute
