A hybrid of Baked and boiled potatoes, great with your favourite German Meals. Do give it a try., INGREDIENTS: 500 grams steamed peeled potatoes 20 grams butter 30 grams olive oil vege salt and cracked pepper to taste 30 grams sliced onion 5 grams whole grain mustard small handful of roughly chopped parsley METHOD: Melt butter and oil with mustard and salt and pepper. Add onion and toss through with butter oil mixture until coated and combined. Toss through potatoes and keep stir gently until browned and has crispy bits on parts of the potatoes, toss through parsley and serve. Thank you for watching.
