    little tip, if you wanna maximize the benefits of tumeric, throw some black pepper in there. It makes it more bioavailable 😀

    Brittany i can't find the answer to this anywhere maybe you know 😀 If one increases a macro (protein) while also switching it to come from animal source rather than only plants, keeping cal's and fitness level the same as before will the body shape, size, or weight change? If so is there a way to prevent it? I'm uncertain if macros alone can have that effect.  I don't need to loose or gain weight – I'm very happy about my size and body I just feel more satiated with higher protein & it coming from fish, ck, & lean red meats. 🙂. Thanks for any wisdom you have on this 💕

    I read that ACV should be mixed with water bc it's extremely acidic and could burn your esophagus? Not sure how true this is but just thought I'd mention it since you said you shoot it straight 🙂
