    Excellent video, can't deal with music…I'm 59 y/o and rap don't do for me.

    Any way, Dr. Berg is bit confusing for us. He says "eat all the veggies you want"?

    I'm on VERY LOW carb keto plan, 12-14g per day or less. Gone from 215Lbs in Jan, 01 to 183.6Lbs today, Mar, 03.

    Only thing I don't get is that if I eat veggies as he suggest, I'll go extremely high on carbs.

    My "normal" day intake is @2-5 cups MAX to reach MY daily carb limit.

    So, what is your take on that? Should I go nuts on veggies and eat until full or keep my carb limit?

    BTW, we LOVED you sweetener chalkend video! Thanks for your sacrifice😁

    As a result, we threw out the Xylitol without even opening it.

    Lol it would take developing an actual disease for me to consider giving up alcohol. And even then, the disease would have to be pretty debilitating.That stuff is a gift from god, if there ever was one. Alcohol has never, ever made me feel as shitty as drinking a can of soda or eating a pastry, and the happy drunken nights with my wife and our friends are too good to give up for something that has no noticeable health affects. Also, it's the cheapest and most effective thing I've found to help me at night when my anxiety meds start wearing off.

    I usually start eating like Megha, little bites of each at a time…but somehow I end up eating my favorite first and before I know it I end up like him with the systematical eating. “I’m out of bacon! Now I have to eat all these eggs…”

    this was awesome. LOL I try to eat as much greens as Dr. Berg says. Most of the time, I get close, I do love salad, a lot. But I have taken to eating all the salad first, then the meal. Works better for me. That be some expensive bacon!

    Applegate has sales often. BOGO I stock up. Throw it in the freezer. Might be my store that has the sale. I shop Publix.
    The avocados too. I'll buy a bunch on sale, slice them up for the freezer. If any are bad I wrap them right up and take them back to the store and get replacements. I hate giving away my hard earned money.

    7~ cups of veggies seems crazy to me, I usually have something like 6oz beef and 1 cup of broccoli or 5-7 brussels sprouts, with 2 cups of salad or spinach, 5 cherry tomatoes, 5 olives, some shredded cheese, half an avocado, 2 harboiled eggs, 2 slices of chopped bacon and a protein shake for my omad. hopefully that's kind of sort of enough vegetables!

    Love you guys, love Dr. Berg. Dr. Berg is like the mad scientist of Keto…like the Nicola Tesla of Keto. He's seeing the world on an entirely elevated plane of consciousness, but totally crazy at the same time. I mean think about it, can you imagine Paleo man or an Inuit eating ten cups of Kale every day? Where would an Inuit even get vegetables? You guys are bringing it down…Thank you.     You guys research nutrition so much so maybe you can answer my question. Why do some of these Dr's on the keto diet channels say things like this diet is a zero carb diet then start listing stuff like avacado, eggs and leafy greens which all have carbs sure you subtract the fiber but they all still have carbs. And other Dr's list off tons of Vegatables that are actually pritty high in carbs and say there low carbs. Why is there more rules I don't understand or something.

    I eat a let lot of veggies with every meal. I eat around 1.5 – 2kg per day of it and still remain in ketosis. Gotta get more veggies in your diet.

    I like Dr. Berg's content MOST of the time. His concepts are "click bait" interesting…BUT…I detect a SMUGNESS and pious-ness in his delivery. It's puzzling because the other Keto Doctors and Scientists on YouTube who have WAY more years of schooling= education…are NOT smug at ALL! I think MOTIVATION is the key here. Dr. Berg is trying to give us information …SO HE CAN SELL PILLS, POWDERS and POTIONS!! I read the comments and many times REAL DOCTORS refute some part, if not ALL of his data as incorrect. KWOE does NOT REQUIRE pills, powders and potions! Just REAL FOOD from your local market.

    That ginormous salad reminds me of my college days. My room mate and I would go to aerobics class after work (It was the 80's) and we'd come home and each make our own salad in a big mixing bowl ! I still have so much to learn about keto. I'm trying to get immersed…but have days where I struggle. Thanks for keeping it real.

    All my cheese is raw organic ! My cream is organic ! I try to do all organic! I buy lot fro local farmers . My bacon is uncured. Nuts a raw ! Salads organic raw, lots of options, love cilantro! . I do kombucha or carbonated water add by own flavors, I also use essential oils in my drinks and home made candy ! 😊

    I’m confused, if he’s eating healthy, hence the keto diet as he claims, why is he pumping his body with so many supplements? Makes no sense to me at all! I’m not taking supplements, I’m hoping through keto I should be getting everything I need! I like to eat basically one thing at a time. And I don’t like my food touching either. Well, not everything, some can touch just depends on what it is. Yep, I know, I’m weird! Oh gosh…. yuck!! Avocado by itself is gross!! I’m also confused as how he is getting all his fat in in one day? To me that doesn’t look like much fat. Filet, my fav, is probably the leanest cut of beef / steak you can eat, THAT doesn’t make sense either!! He promotes eat fat, eat fatty meats…. second… that is way to much food!! For me, I would never be able to eat all that. I’m having a hard time getting all my daily macros in, sometimes I can’t eat that much. I don’t know what to do? Eat to meet my macro amounts, or don’t worry about eating to hit those macros because I’m full? Sometimes keto isn’t making sense to me! So, he put nothing on his salad but dressing? If this is how he eats daily, I’m sorry he’s not really getting a balanced diet!! I like to make a smaller salad and load it with lots of goooood stuff, keto friendly only of course. $39.00 that’s the patients feeding him his high quality food…. must be nice! I have to wait to get that husk powder, I can only find it online, it’s expensive!!

    I cook the bacon to where it is just brown, throw in spinach and cheese, cook a bit, then throw in one egg. Then I squash one avocado with a fork on a plate. Then take the bacon, spinach, cheese, egg and put it on top of the avocado. Sometimes add sliced jalapeno and always some hot sauce.
