    And I’m so excited ! I just started my fitness journey and healthier life style last week and my biggest issue thus far is having a sweet tooth all the time!! I just run back to junk food for something sweet!!I’ve watched a few of your videos and you already gave me me so many different food options to eat when I have a sweet tooth so thank you for that!!!     I just watched your fitness journey video, and I really identified with the struggles and bad habits you were talking about. I’ve been struggling with healthy eating habits and exercise since I was in middle school, and I really want to change my strategies. I’m trying to go off calorie counting, but I don’t know how to incorporate desserts (which is my biggest problem) into an every day healthy diet. How often is it healthy to eat desserts like chocolate or pudding would you say? Also, do you think I can make progress if I workout every other day?

    I love your channel and I’m so glad I found it! You’re so honest and relatable. I just wanted to thank you for that! In your “Tips for starting a healthy lifestyle” video you said something that resonated with me. You basically said it’s ok to miss a day of working out and to listen to what your body is telling you. This is something that I knew but I needed to hear again. Being a trainer, I feel a lot of pressure to look a certain way so when I miss a workout for being exhausted I tend to beat myself up for it. Watching your videos has really helped me put that into perspective and now I’m learning to give myself some grace. So thank for doing what you do and being awesome! 😃❤️
