    What's crazy is i'm trying to be Kosher on the Keto diet. No bacon :(. Turkey bacon is pretty good though.

    Edit: just now realized this is designed for women. I'm only 158lbs, so I just need to add about 10 grams of fat and protein. I'll do this plan and add a bit for my needs.

    That black spray grease you're using is a complete turn off. Black grease is poison to the heart. Not even joking. And you don't need it on non-stick pans anyway.. so excuse me for not using it.

    Thinking about doing the keto diet…i work from 6:30am-6:30pm…what if I have my keto meals for breakfast/lunch/dinner plus plenty of water throughout the day…and at 6:30pm I want have anything until breakfast at 6:30 the next day….will that work fine as an intermittent time..?
