    Salamat po for sharing this. This year ko lang din talaga na-realize at napatotohanan na diet and exercise go hand in hand in losing weight. Pag nawala ang isa, hindi maganda ang resulta. And the key is always consistency and discipline. Bat kasi ang sarap kumain ng kanin haha losing weight slowly, kasi hirap naman biglain ang katawan
