    I have an addiction of eating sweets or chocolates after every meal. Aur agar ghar pe sweets nahi hai then I make on my own which contains lot of ghee & sugar.After eating I feel very guilty😥Any tips & tricks to work on that? Plz suggest

    Age-30 years old
    BMR 1160 around
    I m a house wife.
    I don't have enough time for myself
    I can't eat 6 tym in a day

    Hi I m gym trainer but long time my weight stop to lose and my workout very hard I give aerobic class one in morning one in evening and one hour trade mail weight lifting and give personal traning after more hard work my customers lose with me 10 kg 5 kg and more but I lose 1 kg and now months stop lose my weight can u tell me can I flow ur diet plane it's help me my weight 62kg
