20 Wide to Narrow Jump Squat
20 Curtsy Lunge Squats
20 Split Squat Scissor Jumps
20 Alternating Lateral Lunges

Walk Out Push Up w/ 180 Jump Squat: 3×10

Split Jump Squat Combo (Split squat scissor jumps left, right, squat = 1 rep): 3×10

10 Traveling Frog Burpees
[superset] 20 Cross Body Toe Touches

10 Weighted Reverse Crunch

    Oh my goodness SAME for curtains! I swear I bought like 7 different ones and FINALLY set on light grey velvet that I found at Winners. And then realized I needed 4…and was on a hunt to find them again. You know how that is basically impossible with Winners but I FOUND THEM ON FRIDAY! lol <3 Thought I would share. I hope yours are great!

    If those are water baseboards it wouldn’t be a fire hazard to have a curtain touch them. They would not get hot enough. Good luck! 🍀

    The painting on the wall behind you looks great! I hope you had a great St. Valentines Day. "Walk Out Push Ups" look interesting, I want to try that! Right before you said you love "Traveling Froggy Burpee" I was thinking you looked like you were having fun with that lol it does remind me of the Frogger video game, I don't know if you are a gamer at all, if not I can recommend the Xbox Kinect games, lots of them will keep you active physically, it also has some exercise programs… The only thing weird I ever got on it was a meditation "game" I just sit in front of the kinect and meditate… it's weird lol The wraps look great XD Your last meal of course, is da best! Frozen Blueberries XD

    Girllllll…Raw coconut wraps are the best. 🙌🏽 I eat a mostly raw vegan diet and they are a necessity. There are few brands on amazon that are really good also.
