    Tried it and the entire family loved it! One thing I will add next time is either 1-2 sliced carrots or a flat tablespoon of sugar. There was a very, very slight bitter taste (I think coming from the crushed tomatoes). I think the carrots will offset that. Great recipe.

    I really want to try this but I don't know how to use the oven (no one in mt family does – not needed in indian household 🤣) Can someone tell me ehat heat/degrees do I turn it too and do it put it on the top rack or bottom rack

    Can we add mozerella as well as processed cheese in place of ricotta cheese. What is like white sauce which is spread after cooked veggies.

    Dear chef in America everything from Italian tomato sauce to red pepper chopped nicely and preserved in brine. Where as in India we have fresh red bell pepper so how to cook so that it should look like tomatoes blanched. Reply me soon. Thanks rims1
