    I love the idea of this soup, unfortunately you neglected to tell how us how much black beans to use in the recipe. Also the links you talked about in the video for the recipes are not there. It would be really helpful if you could just write down the ingredients and show it for a sec on the video.

    Hmmmm I’ve never eaten the sweet potato skin. I’ll have to try that some time. But with my experience the peel kind of peels away from the sweet potatoes when they cook.

    These look yummy and easy! I'm not vegan but I do eat dairy free due to an allergy. I've also made a delicious cream sauce using soaked cashews and a little bit of coconut milk, and I add garlic and spices and blend it up. Delicious and it tastes almost like the real Alfredo sauce!

    Do you save your veggie scraps? I’ve recently gotten into the habit of freezing veggie scraps in freezer bags as I cook through the week. Scraps like onion peels and ends, mushroom stems, Swiss chard stems, carrots tops and peels, celery ends, apple/pear peels and/or cores, parsley and cilantro stems, and other bits. I do the same with bones (freeze the bones to make broth later or make broth right away), and combine the veggie scraps and bones for a meat broth. I freeze the broth in mason jars. I hardly use bouillon anymore as I fill up on scraps and am forced to make broth about once a week lol 😆

    Got an Instant Pot for Christmas, and I'm trying to figure out what makes it better than cooking on the stove. For the first recipe for instance, you may save some time cooking the lentils, but you lose the control of being able to check for doneness as the food cooks. Am I missing something?
