Cheese Corn Balls | Starter | Appetizers | vegetarian | FusionFry

Cheese Corn Balls is one dish that can be served to all age group at any given time. It makes a great party snack for any kind of parties.
Crispy from out and cheesy from inside.


1.5 cup Milk
50 gms Butter
1/2 cup Plain flour
1/2 cup Cheese
1/4 cup Corn paste
1/4 cup Boiled corn kernels
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped green Chilies
1/2 Oregano
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
Hand full of chopped coriander
Corn flour slurry
Bread crumbs
Oil to deep fry

Method :
1. Melt butter in a pan .
2. Add flour and roast on slow flame until sand like consistency is formed .
3. Keep sitting and do not let it turn brown.
4. Add milk slowly and keep staring
5. Add milk in batches for easy handling
6. Add prob paste and corn kernels and mix properly.
7. Add all seasoning and green chillies
8. Cook it until a dough like mixture is formed.
9. Add cheese and coriander and mix well.
10. Slowly the mixture will leave the pan and move alone the spatula.
11. If mixtures turn had that means you need more milk.
12. Mixture should be very soft non sticking dough .
13. Let the mixture come to room temperature.
14. Make small bite size balls.
15. Regurgitate for 10-15 minutes .
16. Dip the balls in cornflour slurry and rub it in bread crumbs.
17. If you like crispy outer later repeat this process 2 times.
18. At this point you can freeze these balls in air tight container and store for a week .
19. Deep-fry and serve hot.

– Make the balls advice and freeze it
– Fry only at the time of serving
– If dry bread crumbs are used it can be frozen for months.
