    I don't care for animals being killed for food, but a plant based diet is better for you, especially when it comes to getting your protein and nutrition.

    I don't worry much about b vitamins, I just eat whole foods as much as I can. Lots of greens, fruits, nuts and seeds, beans, lentils, whole grains. I do take B12 tabs once in a while just to be sure.
