Hey, can you please make more recipes? I'm not a vegetarian but I do enjoy healthy colorful veggies and I wanted to eat them differently.
PS you're actually the first person I finish watching her cook for the rest of the video xD

Do you have any tips on being vegetarian and avoiding nuts and sesame as I am really badly allergic to them, and I know they are often a protein substitute for meat 🙂

Awesome video! Good to know you are vegetarian as well 🙂 by the way, what is your camera? (probably you have that information somewhere, but I didn't see it) Incredible definition!

I have been Vegan since I was 10-11, it was a personal choice and I stood by it even though some people were not supportive. I watched a documentary (Earthlings) when I was 10 changed my mindset. I am 17 now, and I am positive that it was one of the best decisions I have made so far.

That food looks delicious! I'm sort of a picky eater, but ever since I decided to try to be vegetarian, I started to see it as a challenge to try more vegetables and stuff that I don't usually eat ^^

that looks delicious! I want to be Vegetarian so bad, but it's just so much "easier" to cook food with meat. I really need to change my habitual thinking when it comes to food, as in stop thinking of salad as a "side" or "appetizer" but the main course.

My mum has been vegetarian since she was 5 and grew pretty much primarily on a vegetarian diet, i loved vegetables growing up and would prefer to eat brussel sprouts to a steak (ew). Now i identify as flexitarian (primarily veggies with meat occasionally) i stopped eating cow (its been 8 years) and i am lactose intolerant so i dont eat a lot of cheese or drink cow's milk (almond milk all the way)

I went vegetarian for a few months, but my iron levels dropped a lot ad I had a really hard time finding sources of protein that WEREN'T just tofu. In what form do you generally consume protein?

I went vegetarian about five years ago after a life of meat and have no regrets and don't miss it at all! I attempt to eat more of a vegan diet when possible, but my affinity for cookies can make the no egg thing tricky sometimes (though not impossible!) 😉

I love this video, I'm really going to have to try that recipe! I'm transitioning to vegetarianism, but I find it a bit hard. I'm really hoping cruelty-free in vitro meat gets developed for the public market soon, so I can eat meat again and not feel guilty 😛

I really liked the cooking video.
I think going 100% vegetarian would be difficult because of my German relatives, and their propensity for eating sausages, but I'd at least like to reduce my meat intake significantly, and ideally locally source that meat so I know it was raised with care.
Partly, I just love what you can actually do with Plant based foods, and learning all the neat substitutions and flexibility of plants, that simply aren't possible with meat.

I was a vegetarian for 13 years until I had some massive protein issues my doctor said needed correcting. Would I go back? Probably not because I have learned to cook a wider pallet of food and, quite frankly, I really enjoy a good steak. Still, I am a veggie nut and have been since I was a kid. There are so many great recipes out there that incorporate just vegetables. Asian cooking is great resource for this.
