Baked Salt and Pepper Radish Chips Recipe | Vegan Recipe | August Cooking | Vegetarian Recipe

In this video I show you how to make Salt and Pepper Radish Chips. This is a great way to use those radishes in your CSA share. Radishes are great raw in salads but there is much more you can do with them. This is just one of the great dishes that use the radish. This is quick and easy and the flavor will surprise you. Thanks for watching!

Baked Salt and Pepper Radish Chips:

10 or 15 radishes

Cooking spray

Salt and pepper

How to prepare:

Remove the ends of the radishes. Thinly slice the radishes. Place evenly on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spray with the cooking spray and then add the salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 400F oven and bake for 10 minutes. Turn and bake for 5 more minutes. If you want them to be really crispy then you will need to broil them for about 4 or 5 minutes. Be careful they can brown pretty fast.

I wonder how they keep. I mean, how long can you store them for. OR do they have to be eaten right away…

I've only recently discovered radishes, where have they been all my life?!

Will have to give this a try =) I'm actually about to add a layer of radishes under my potato in a shepherds pie, see how that goes!
