    If you could at some point and would be interested, I'd really like to see a simple vegan cake recipe that hasn't got a tonne of awkward ingredients in or loads of oil. Or perhaps how to adapt a non vegan recipe.

    A tip for baked apples: if you score with a knife around the "equator" of the apple it puffs up and stops potential explosions! And should stop them falling apart.
