INGREDIENTS:

#1 Cozy Tofu and Bean Chilli

1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 block of smoked tofu, crumbled up with your hands (200-300g) (7-10 oz)
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup of vegetable broth (250ml)
1 can kidney beans (240g)
2 tbsp ketchup
1 cup marinara sauce (250ml)
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt, pepper to taste

1 cup of millet, dry (200g)

→ for a richer flavor saute the onion, pepper and tofu crumbles in 1 tsp olive oil before adding the remaining ingredients

→ 4 servings (can easily be doubled if you need to make more)

#2 Cinnamon Raisin Porridge

½ cup quick cooking oats (45g)
1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)
a pinch of salt
½ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup raisins (50g)
2 tsp agave, maple syrup

→ serves 1

#3 Tahini Banana Smoothie Müsli Bowl

2 frozen bananas
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp oats
1 cup vanilla non dairy milk (use less milk if you want it to be thicker) (250ml)

müsli of choice

→ serves 1

#4 Loaded Veggie Pizza

store bought pizza dough for 1 pizza
(if you wanna make your own: https://bit.ly/2LwyU0B)

¼ cup marinara sauce (60ml) (or more if you want)

1-2 peppers, chopped
a handful of mushrooms, chopped
a handful of snap peas
1 onion, roughly chopped
1-2 tsp olive oil
sea salt
fresh thyme, oregano, parsley etc

2 tbsp unsweetened thick vegan yogurt
1 pinch of salt
1 squeeze of lemon juice

(or sub with 2 tbsp cashew cream or vegan cream cheese)

*cashew cream = ½ cup cashews boiled in water for an hour + ¼ tsp salt + 1 tbsp lemon juice blended in a food processor

    two days ago i put in a pan, some tofu, 1 onion, too many garlic, olive oil, 3 tomatos, 1/4 of red lentils , black peppper, some salt and curry powder, water and let it cook for an hour. the best meal ever.

    I would really like to he become a vegan for many reasons such as: boosting my self by that I mean, I have insomnia. So I never sleep, my cousin also has it and she said going vegan helped her balance out her energy, but my dad thinks I won't get enough protein witch ik is wrong, what do you think??

    What kind of tahini did you use in that smoothie bowl? It almost looked like chocolate. Tahini here is almost white.

    10:28 kneading a premade dough is a huge mistake! the dough will become gummy and chewy and you cant roll it out thin anymore.

    BUT…it's not free money…you're trading your time for money and Slice the Pie is a notoriously low paying platform… it's not worth the hassle and there are better ways of making money online tbh
