    Best milk protein source.
    Amul sagar skimmed milk powder.
    35 grams of protein per 100 grams of dry weight. It costs 250rs per one kilo packet.
    But that's not necessary, red lentils and rice is good enough.

    Kind of revision of syllabus! Can you try and demonstrate a 8 to 12 weeks program where you can gain 10 to 15 lbs of lean muscle with loosing fat (if any) on pure vegetarian diet without eggs. Authentic!
