All your breakfast meals are great but unfortunately i feel sick if i have to eat vegetables in the morning. What make me more energetic is bowl of fruits or natural yogurt and some protein cereals. Middle of the morning i usually eat eggs, nuts, smoothies protein juices and drink a lot of water.Thank you for sharing 🙏
