– Reusable produce bags (I use as nut mylk bags): https://www.instagram.com/ever.eco/

1. OAT MYLK
– 3/4 cup oats
– 1 litre water
– 1 tbsp sweetener

2. OAT & BANANA BITES
– leftover oat mylk pulp
– 3/4 cup oats
– 1 mashed banana
– 1/3 cup peanut butter
– 1 tbsp sweetener (optional)

3. CHICKPEA SCRAMBLE
– 1/2 can chickpeas (washed)
– 1/2 cup oat mylk
– olive oil (if desired)
– salt n pepper (if desired)
– 2 pieces crusty bread, toasted

4. VEGAN FRENCH TOAST
– 1 mashed banana
– 2/3 cup oat mylk
– 1/2 tbsp vanilla (optional)
– 4 small pieces crusty bread
– 1 x yellow nectarine, poached

    You should try using chickpea water/brine in replacement of the banana for French toast! When you whisk it together with milk it goes fluffy almost like egg whites ☺️

    I'm on a budget too since 1.5 weeks, so the timing of this video came perfect for me :p
    A (lunch) recipe I like is making hash browns (potatoes are relatively cheap) with baked beans (easy to DIY, also cheap) and a veg that's in season here 🙂
    Orrrr your usual pb&j sandwich, spiced up with a sliced nectarine in the middle (no judging until you've tried haha!) and some cinnamon, for a carb-upped morning! 🍓
