3 VEGAN BREAKFAST IDEAS | Delicious & Easy!

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL
-100g whole grain oats
-15g cocoa powder
-your desired amount of water
-topped with your choice of frozen/fresh berries & non-dairy chocolate
PEANUT BUTTER & DATE TOAST
-2 slices of whole grain or whole wheat bread, toasted
-2 tbsps of natural peanut butter
-6-8 large soft dates, pitted
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE DOUGH
-1 (240g) can of butter beans, rinsed
-20g quick oats
-20g cocoa powder
-80g soft dates, chopped & soaked in hot water
-add a splash of water or non-dairy milk to fix consistency
-topped with your choice of non-dairy chocolate

    Hehe… Making me want to add more cocoa to my oats. I typically go for a tablespoon or 2. Berries can be good, my personal favorites are Goji but they are quite expensive. I have oats with cocoa on most days.i add soy milk typically. Looking for other plant milks to try out at the moment.

    +The Vegan Solution After 4 years and half restricting calories, i have increased them since july 2017, but i have gained 22 pounds and just by eating 1400-1500 Kcal. At the moment i am not doing exercise because i have a knee pain. I haven't done exercise 2 and a haf weeks, but i don't undesrtand what is going on?? Will i lose the weight because i reached the highest weight in january of this year and since i started gaining i don´'t know what to do. (I am sooooo bloated, i feel tired, it's horrible!!!! My metabolism is forever damaged ???Any suggestions????

    Do you find there is a difference in Cocoa and Cacao when cooking? I just relish each of your videos. My oldest 2 boys (11&7) have pulled some great inspiration.

    Sorry, but what ratio oats to water do you use and how long do you cook it? You always seem to get the perfect porridge (/oatmeal) consistency :0
