1/2 cup Quinoa (cooked)
1/4 cup Tomato
1/2 cup Spinach
1 Tbs Goat Cheese
4oz Grilled Chicken Breast (Veg or Vegan sub for tofu or non-meat)

Approx: 364 calories 8g fat 40g carbs 36g protein

♥Chicken Salad Wrap
4oz Grilled Chicken Breast (Veg or Vegan sub for tofu or non-meat)
1 Tbs 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Apple (Sliced)
1 Cup Sprouts/Greens
1 Sprouted Tortilla or Pita

Approx: 323 calories 6g fat 37g carbs 37g protein

2 cups Greens
2 dates (pitted)

    I would love to see a video on suggestions of pre-made snacks/lunches that you approve of that can be bought as "grab and go" from the store.. as someone who works 12 hour days meal prep is my area of weakness.

    I love all ur videos..not too long.. u even had a video about hypothyroidism which I was just looking up on google before I watched this video because I just received a ff up email from the clinic today. And I especially loved the first video of u that I watched earlier about how you keep on losing and gaining ur weight on off… I'm literally the same and I'm just so sick of it…I'd go for 2 straight months and then stop….I need something to just focus on "feeling good" just like what u said. Glad I found your channel.

    I'm sad that they all have milk in them. Like the goat cheese and the Greek yogurt. By any chance, is there any substitute for them, and/or do you really need to use it? I'm allergic to dairy. But I am excited to use the third one since you said the goat cheese was optional!

    I'm eating the chicken salad recipe with what I happen to have on hand. Yum, never thought I'd like chicken salad. But the greek yogurt, lemon and pink lady apples make it so good. The protein influx! I feel so alive! LOL. But what is that secret "no salt" seasoning you're rocking in your videos? Thanks for these :0)
