i like the recipes, but i usually use barley instead of potato. i also like to add kale for extra nutrition. after that i kinda just empty the fridge of veggies, lol!

I just made the chicken stew and it was AMAZING. Thank you. I took a few shortcuts by using rotisserie chicken and throwing the bones in for added flavor to the broth. I also used better than bouillon for the chicken broth and I could eat this every day, no lie.

Thinking in the beginning while the vegetable saute. It's doing in the Crock-Pot like I do toss to meet with 1/2 cup of seasoned flour and dump it over top of everything else trust me it won't be Lumpy. :-). Never buy a package labeled stew beef or stew meat. You have no idea what part of the animal it's from it's usually mixed parts so they all cook at different times it's also much more expensive than waiting for something like a London broil which is also known as a top round steak to go on sale and grab a couple for the freezer and then when you want to make stew thaw and cut yourself. I'm vegan and I make a beautiful beef stew using ersatz beef chunks. I'm about to make one next week and it tastes pretty much exactly like my regular beef stew when I ate meat.

Hey Sara Lynn and team! I made the mushroom stew today, it is delicious, even if I messed up with green beans and put 2 times more than I should. All my family appreciated it and I also could freeze few portions for upcoming weeks.

I made the mushroom stew last night and it was a hit! I'm making the beef stew for tonight and it smells delicious! The mushroom stew's directions say to put the mushrooms in, and then to cook until the meat is browned. I was pretty sure you meant to say until the moisture releases out of the mushrooms.

Hey, Sara! Love this video. I want to try the chicken stew tomorrow. Do you think it's possible to make it in a slow cooker? Simply dump everything in at once and let it sit for a few hours?
