Ham & Swiss Hand Pies

1/2 cup deli ham, chopped
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
2 green onions, finely sliced

Savory Mushroom Hand Pies

2 tbsp butter
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

Chicken Taco Hand Pies

1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 package (4oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
2 tsp taco seasoning

    When I have no time at all I just fry some minced meat so it is crumbly and mix it with barbecue sauce as a filling. So easy yet sooo good!

    How do you recommend heating them back up after freezing? I am a homeschool mom and these would make lunchtime in my house so much smoother lol and yummier 😉

    here's an idea use a cookie scoop when filling the hand pies each pie will gets the same amount of filling, that's portion control. 🍴 bone appetit!
