I also noticed that in Aldi everything is wrapped in plastic. Whyyyyyy! Maybe we can write to them. I mean there are several items that are not in plastic, such as avocados, or pommegranate, so why not other veggies and fruits?

Ok I never comment on videos but I have so much to say here :

    1. I LOVE how versatile your recipes are. You totally take the stress out of meal prep by leaving your recipes open to the ability to swap out ingredients you don't have for other things. Your recipes are just so simple but so inspiring.

    2. I love that you acknowledge that everyone is on a different path and not everyone can afford or have access to vegan or minimal living. I have two kids and it is NOT easy trying to cook and live green with children in tow! (I don't know why, but the healthy industry just really hasn't seemed to consider families with kids for some reason).

    3. This goes with the last one but I love that you acknowledge the privilege of vegan /minimal living.

All in all, I just found your blog two hours ago while going down my YouTube rabbit hole at work (night shift gets boring), and I'm already hooked. Definitely a fan! 🙂

Although I’m not Vegan, my food budget is limited and everyone in this house has reason to eat a more vegetarian diet.

You should try using onions and garlic in your budget videos. They cost hardly anything and add tons of flavor.

Big question! I’m going vegan but I have animal products in my cupboard… I feel bad if I throw it away because you know wasting the animal, but I can’t eat it 😕 do u use it until it’s gone? I know I can definitely use my honey guilt free until I run dry

I love these videos so much!! Also, I have hella respect for you for saying that being vegan or zero waste is a privilege. I feel like many in the vegan community get carried away with their passion and almost become resentful towards nonvegans. Nothing but positivity on your channel tho!
